1.SAG Mill Grinding Balls—The Core Grinding Weapon for Mine Processing
The Semi-Autogenous Grinding (SAG) mill is the core key equipment in mine beneficiation plants, placing extremely high demands on the impact toughness and wear resistance of grinding media. Addressing this rigorous demand, Chengda customized and launched SAG mill special steel balls, offering two core process options: High Toughness Alloy Steel Forging Process and Unique CADI (Carbidic Austempered Ductile Iron) Casting + Forging Process, both precision-made. The products combine excellent impact resistance, low breakage rates, and stable wear resistance, perfectly adapting to high-intensity mill operation scenarios. They are widely used in copper, gold, iron, and non-ferrous metal mining operations.
